There is still time until April 16th to enrol in the Master Circular Architecture: Shapes and Methodologies. One of the 3 workshops within this Master course will be held by BIØN-partner ARCò.

The Master is intended as a link between the training and the profession. Integrating the knowledge of those who have dealt with the world of architecture, and engineering and design, the Master aims to form a figure of designer/expert who wants to compete with an idea of architecture resulting entirely from the valorization of new or used spaces and materials, aimed at being renewable, natural, biobased, recyclable and reusable also in sectors other than the original one, through a circular  upcycling process.

The professional figure that you intend to train will have specific skills in the following fields:

• Know how to outline innovative strategies for the design of "renewable" buildings, destined to recycle and be recycled in a continuous and circular process of transformation of spaces and building components.

• Being able to recognize and use reversible and disassemblable technologies.

• Know how to use materials and design spaces that entail a minimal waste of energy.

• Know how to use and interpret with critical capacity the recent regulations referring to CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) as basic requirements to outline scenarios compatible with the new environmental challenges.

• Know how to use some complex parametric and computational design tools at a basic level in the context of a project methodology oriented to the upcycling project.

• Know how to use some interface software packages for the production with digital fabrication techniques of building components.
